I want to share little tips on how to lose fat tired of the same weight just like that? bored mirror continues to myself saying "oh me when thin?", well for those who feel so in trying to please ya fatburning Furnace tips from me ..

previous What's metabolism? well, your metabolism is a combustion process that is in our bodies, when our bodies to burn something for energy so it is called metabolism, for that we must make our body takes energy to burn energy where it is the fat itself.

Then how to do??
Eat 5-7x a day (for women 5 times, for a man 6-7x)
Want to lean even told to eat a lot? More and more of our food intake, the more our bodies burning process. but need to remember food that you eat everyday is not food carelessly ye.
Eat foods that you eat should be free from SUGAR and free from fried (In remember fine!)
What the hell wrote SUGAR foods that contain it?
- White rice
- Juices  the water plus sugar
- Any type of soda
- All types of water are added sugars (sweet iced tea, etc.)
- etc.
Then what is the food that's fried?
- Fried snacks like fried banana, fried sweet potatoes, etc.
- Fried Chicken (fried uda wrote his name = fried)
- Fried rice, fried Shahe, noodles tek tek.
